Cellulase

Cellulase is an enzyme preparation produced by liquid deep fermentation of Trichoderma strains using bran, corn stalks and other natural agricultural and sideline products as substrates, and through centrifugal filtration, membrane concentration and spray drying. This product is mainly composed of cellulase and hemicellulase, and contains a high level of cellobiase. The enzyme systems have high synergistic effects and have good ability to hydrolyze fiber and hemicellulose in grains and plants. It is mainly used in feed processing, beer brewing, juice and wine production, alcohol fermentation and other industries.
